No, there are no set up fees, no start up fees and no cancellation fees.
You should select a plan that allows you to issue passes for all your residents. For example, if your community has 450 houses or residential units, then you will need to select a Standard Plan that covers up to 500 residential units.
You can cancel your annual subscription anytime. If you cancel your annual subscription prior to the end your billing cycle, your annual subscription will be automatically converted into a monthly subscription. Monthly charge will apply.
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime. Your subscription will stay active after your cancellation until your next billing period.
No, there are no cost to your residents. All residents can download the PoolEntry app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for free.
